Our classic acoustic trio rates begin at $750 for the first hour, with each additional hour at $250. Final pricing depends on your location (e.g., Sydney Metro vs. Southern Highlands), the duration of the booking, and whether you require acoustic or amplified/electric instruments.

Q2: What instrument combinations make up a string trio?

The standard and most popular combination is two violins and a cello, or a violin, viola, and cello. The violins and viola handle the mid-to-high melodies and harmonies, while the cello provides the rich, deep bass foundation that gives the trio its powerful sound.

Q3: Can the trio play both classical and modern music?

Q4: Do we need to provide equipment, chairs, or shade?

We ask that you provide three armless chairs in the performance area. If the performance is outdoors, full overhead shelter (shade or a tent) is required to protect our delicate wooden instruments from direct sunlight, wind, or rain. For amplified packages, we supply our own high-quality PA systems.

Yes! We frequently play the ceremony in one location (like a garden) and then move to a different area for the cocktail hour. We just require a short 10–15 minute break to safely pack up, move, and reset our instruments and music stands.
