If you would like a song performed that is not currently on our setlist, a custom arrangement can be created for your event for an additional fee of $75 per song.

* Please Note: The rates listed above represent starting prices for standard local bookings for solo musician (unless duo,trio,quartet). Final quotes are tailored to the unique requirements of your event and may vary based on the following factors:
Travel & Location: Standard pricing covers events within our primary service area. Locations requiring significant travel, tolls, or overnight accommodation may incur additional travel fees.
Peak Dates & Timing: Bookings on public holidays, peak wedding season weekends, or events requiring late-night/early-morning performance times may be subject to holiday or peak-demand rates.
Cello Rates: Packages or custom bookings utilizing a Cellist can be subject to higher rates. Because professional cellists are in higher demand and significantly rarer, their standard performance rates can be higher than other string instruments.
Custom Repertoire: While we provide an extensive library of music, requests for multiple custom songs arrangements not currently in our repertoire may require an additional music preparation or arrangement fee.
Venue & Setup Requirements: Outdoor performances, venues with difficult access (e.g., steep stairs, long load-ins without lifts), or strict, restricted setup time windows may impact the final rate.
Acoustics & Sound Support: While basic PA Amplification is listed at a fixed rate, massive venues or outdoor spaces requiring specialized sound setups or integration with external AV teams may require a custom audio quote.
